I grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I started in the insurance industry in 2008. I have a great deal of passion for helping people and ensuring that they are in Good Hands.

I find a great deal of accomplishment in helping people understand what they have. I teach my staff to educate the clients to ensure they have a say in the coverages they need. I am a constant people person who very much enjoys seeing the people around me succeed and reach their goals!

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. My wife, Angie, and I spend as much time as we can with friends exploring the outdoors in our side-by-side. I especially like to be out in the high desert. I also love to travel with my wife, whether in our motorhome or on a plane.

I am on the board of a foundation called WE PLAY. This foundation raises money for youth children who need the resources to play sports.

When it comes to my role here at The Petersen Agency, I specialize in customer service and always strive to give our clients a great experience for all their personal and commercial insurance needs. It always puts a smile on my face when we are able to give families and businesses the peace of mind they deserve should a disaster strike.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest so I always appreciate the outdoors, especially when the weather is nice. I enjoy taking my dog out, keeping busy with the family, and even just going on adventures together.

James “Jimmy” Foreman is a seasoned insurance professional with years of industry experience, dedicated to helping individuals and families safeguard what matters most—their loved ones, property, and future. Known for his client-first approach and in-depth knowledge of coverage options, Jimmy takes pride in providing tailored insurance solutions that offer true peace of mind.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys football, auto racing, and quality time with family and friends. A passionate traveler, he has visited 18 countries, 36 U.S. states, and 4 continents—bringing a broad, global perspective to both his personal and professional relationships.

I grew up in Wichita, Kansas. Being from Kansas, I’m a huge Kansas State University fan as both my children have attended there and are/were student athletes…go Wildcats!

I’ve been a licensed insurance professional with Allstate for 8 years, with experience in both Property & Casualty and Life insurance. I’m passionate about educating my customers on what their coverages are and what they will do for them should they ever need them. When I’m not at work, I love to spend my time outdoors, traveling, camping and boating with my husband and two goldendoodles.

Minnesota is where I grew up, so I can definitely appreciate the warm Texas weather!

I’ve worked in the insurance industry for over six years, and I love putting people in a better situation financially by making sure their families are well protected and covered in case life happens.

Outside of my duties in the office, I simply love to spend time with my wife and being outdoors with the kids, not to mention playing with our dog. I also enjoy to workout, it keeps me focused and, of course, watching a few basketball games.

I joined The Petersen Agency in 2023. Previously I worked in Mortgage and a local Credit Union for over 15 years. What excited me most about my job is that I love to educate families, help put them in a better financial situation, and ensure their family is well protected in the event of a loss.

I also love my three kids (and my husband)!!! We really enjoy going camping and to the beach together. My kids are very active in sports, so when I’m not at work, you can probably find me at the gym or out at the football and soccer fields.

What a lot of people might not know about me is that I played softball at Mt. Hood Community College.

I was born and raised in a small town in Southern Iowa, and I am a mom to 3 great kids and 2  adorable but yet hyper pomsky dogs.

I joined The Petersen Agency here in August of 2023, but before that, I had been with Allstate for 15 years. What I love doing is helping our customers here in Texas figure out their exact needs and get them protected for their future. Everyone is different, and everyone deserves the very best service. I love visiting with people and getting to know them one one-on-one.

In my free time in the summer, I love to go to the local dirt tracks to watch racing. Actually, any kind of racing you can not pass up.

I grew up in Battle Ground, Washington, but I currently reside in Texas. I played softball at Western Oregon University, too!

I have worked in sales and service in the insurance industry for about a year. What excites me most about coming to work is that I can properly protect families with the coverage that they need and deserve.

On the weekends, you can probably find me doing something outdoors. I love to fish, ride horses, and drive ATV’s!

Matt Petersen is a licensed insurance professional with over a year and a half of experience helping individuals and families protect what matters most. A former college football player, Matt brings the same discipline, teamwork, and drive from the field into his professional career. Outside of work, he loves to travel, go camping, and ride his dirt bike—always seeking new adventures and experiences.
